Not directly no, payment (if any) is collected by the cloud provider.
Is there a long term commitment to these images?
No. You only subscribe for the time you need the image for, if the image isn't running there is no charge.
Are licenses included in the images?
Where a license is required we will let you know in the product listing on the cloud providers website.
